How do I cancel a Voloco Producer subscription?

To cancel a Voloco Producer subscription, sign into your account on the Voloco Producer website. If you do not remember your password, click "Forgot your password?"

If you have a free trial, go to "Orders" and click "(Cancel Free Trial)" on the active free trial within the "Trials/Demos" tab.

If you do not have an active free trial, head to the "Orders" tab and click the pink order number for your subscription. Once this is done, click the "Auto-Renew" button to "off" and confirm on the pop-up screen that you want to stop auto-renew. You will no longer be billed for a subscription renewal once the license expires.
