If you come across content on Voloco that violates the Terms of Use, you can let us know by filling out a report within the app. Here's a list of the content that can be reported in Voloco.

Copyright Infringement
To file a report for copyright infringement, follow these steps:
- Tap the three-dot character "⋮" that appears on the right hand side of the screen when viewing the content in the app.
- In the pop-up options that appear, select "Report." and then choose "Copyright Infringement."
- You'll then be redirected to your device's default email app. An email will open with the ID of the content in question and our Copyright Team's email address as the recipient.
- You'll want to provide the following information in the email to ensure that we are able to investigate the report properly. In accordance with the Online Copyright Infringement Liability Limitation Act of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"), the written notice (the "DMCA Notice") must include substantially the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe to have been infringed or, if the claim involves multiple works, representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material you believe to be infringing in a sufficiently precise manner to allow us to locate that material.
- Adequate information by which we can contact you (including your name, postal address, telephone number, and, if available, email address).

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement that the information in the written notice is accurate.

A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Once this is done, you can send the email, and our team will process the claim. We will reach out to you if any additional information is needed.
Reporting for Misbehavior
If you would like to file a report for a reason other than copyright infringement, follow these steps:
- When viewing content in the app, tap the three-dot character "⋮" that appears on the right side of the screen.
- In the pop-up options that appear, select "Report." and then choose "Other."
- Tap "Start Report," and you'll be prompted to select what the report is related to.
- Select "Next," and you'll be prompted to provide additional context to the report. Please provide any information that will help our team understand the reason for the report.
- Then, tap "Submit Report." Our team will then review the report in a timely manner.
