You can delete a Voloco account either through the Voloco app or the Voloco website. Deleting a Voloco account will require you to sign into the account. For help signing into your account, see 'How do I recover my account?'
In the Voloco App
- Head to the Library and tap the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to open the Settings page.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and select "Delete Account." Then, follow the prompts to successfully delete the account.
On the Voloco Website
- Click here to sign into the Voloco website.
- Go to the "Profile" tab on the left side of the screen and click "Edit Profile" at the top right.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete Account."
Please note that deleting your Voloco account is a permanent action. After deleting this account, you can open a different Voloco account, but the deleted Voloco account will be permanently deactivated.
Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?
No. Your Voloco account is separate from a Voloco Premium subscription. Deleting your Voloco account will not unsubscribe you from Voloco Premium. To manage your Voloco Premium account, please get in touch with the app store you used to download Voloco (Apple or Google).
